Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) is a life limiting muscle wasting condition affecting around 2,500 people in the UK.
The disease causes progressive muscle weakness and wasting, spreading to all muscles throughout the body. This devastating disease will eventually rob them of their life, with life expectancy in their 20's to early 30's. There is currently no cure.
Strength for Stanley is a family fund set up by Rob and his family for their youngest son Stanley, who suffers from this rare genetic disorder.
100% of all funds raised go to Duchenne UK, a charity helping people and families suffering from this terrible illness in the hope of one day soon finding a cure.
